GullyBox is an offline-first cricket scoring app. You can use it without an account, and your match data stays on your device unless you choose to share or back it up. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect

On-device match data: scores, players and history are stored locally on your device. We don't see this unless you share a match or back it up.

Usage analytics: via Google Analytics for Firebase (GA4) we collect anonymous app/usage events (screens viewed, matches played), basic device info and an advertising identifier. No scores, names or phone numbers are sent. You can turn this off in Profile.

Advertising: we show ads via Google AdMob (app) and Google AdSense (web). Google may use an advertising ID and cookies to serve and measure ads, including personalised ads, per Google's policies.

Shared matches: when you share a match, a small score snapshot is uploaded to our cloud (Supabase) and is viewable by anyone with the code. It contains no phone numbers and is automatically deleted after 7 days.

Contacts: only if you grant permission, and used solely on your device to add players to a match. Your contacts are never uploaded.

Optional account: if you back up to the cloud we store your email. You may optionally save your own mobile number, with consent, for recovery and updates — you can remove it anytime.
How we use it
To run the app, sync shared matches, improve the product through aggregate analytics, and show ads that keep GullyBox free.
Who we share it with
Service providers that power these features: Google (analytics and ads) and Supabase (cloud storage for shared matches and optional backups). We do not sell your personal data.
Your choices

Opt out of analytics anytime in Profile → Usage analytics.

Remove your saved mobile number from Profile.
•
Delete match history on-device; shared snapshots expire after 7 days.
•
Request full account and data deletion at gullybox.app/delete-account or email gullyboxapp@gmail.com.
Children
GullyBox is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
